On January 5, 2023, Sara R. Dial, a member of the Board of Directors of WillScot Mobile Mini Holdings Corp. (the “Company”), informed the Company that she will not stand for re-election as a director at the Company’s 2023 annual meeting of stockholders due to other commitments and not as a result of any disagreement with the Company relating to its operations, policies or practices. Ms. Dial will serve the remainder of her current term, which will end at the 2023 annual meeting of stockholders.
